Refund Policy

We will not refund the paid amount for using the service except in the following Circumstances :

  1. If We are not able to deliver your courier due to operational issue then your refund amount will be 100%
  2. If We lose your Courier then your refund amount will be 100%
  3. If We damage your courier then your refund amount will be 100%

Refund amount will be transferred to your Account/Cards/ Wallet within 3 days of authentication and verification.

You can request for refund on any product by sending a message on the our website along with other details. When company is satisfied that the product is returned with price and tags then we will initiate your refund. User may be allowed to return the product within 24 hours of delivery.
